Product Description
“It tastes just like broccoli!” – Martha Stewart
Loved by mothers and cooks everywhere, this cauliflower plant is grown in a 4.5″ pot filled with a mixture of compost and topsoil. This cauliflower is known for it’s heavy yields and tolerance to frost. One of the fractal properties of cauliflower is that every branch, or “module”, is similar to the entire cauliflower. Another quality, also present in other plant species, is that the angle between “modules,” as they become more distant from the center, is 360 degrees divided by the golden ratio.
Planting Time: Early spring. They can withstand the cold so you can put them out a little earlier than more tender crops like tomatoes.
How to Grow: Plant in rows 18″ apart in full sun
Maturity: 75 days
