Product Description
Nature’s Ale Bokashi makes composting in indoor spaces simple and easy. When used with our Nature’s Ale Indoor Composter, this all-natural method kicks off anaerobic fermentation processes that break down your food waste, quickly and efficiently turning into rich, nutrient dense organic compost.
Bokashi ingredients:
Red Wheat Bran, Purified Water, Unsulfured Blackstrap Molasses, Sea Salt, Fish Meal, Fish Bone Meal, Glacial Rock Dust, and Worm Castings
Nature’s Ale Bokashi can be used with our Nature’s Ale Composter or with other compost bins to help reduce odors and speed up the breakdown of food waste into compost. It can also be used in composing toilets and animal pens to reduce the odors and quickly break down waste. Additionally you can use it as a top dress in your gardens and raised beds to help breakdown the nutrients in the soil and make them available to your plants.
How To Use
In a kitchen composter, sprinkle Nature’s Ale Bokashi directly on top of the food waste and close the lid. Repeat this process (like making lasagna) until the bucket is full. Seal the bucket for 2-4 weeks. When you finally open it, you should smell a sweet, vinegar like smell. Next, bury your compost for 2-3 weeks and it will turn into wonderful microbe rich soil in no time.
