At Nature’s Ale, we sell and ship a variety of products. In most cases, we ship your items shortly after you place an order on our website. Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-ordered items may be split into multiple shipments.

Shipping FAQ

 

What carrier do you use?

We use the US Postal Service for most shipments. Some orders of larger weight or volume may be shipped via FedEx. We do our best to accommodate unusual circumstances; just email us with your request.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once they have been processed.

 

Will I be charged for multiple ship dates?

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order at the time your order is submitted, regardless of the shipping time for your items. If you have multiple shipping dates, don’t worry! You will never be charged more than once.

 

What if my package is missing, lost, or stolen?

Just access the tracking number we emailed you and contact the appropriate shipping carrier with your concern. Sometimes a tracking number may reflect incorrect information or does not show updates reflecting movement of the package. After seven days, you can submit a Missing Mail Search Request to the carrier.

 

What if my order is delayed?

Mother Nature, as much as we love her, has been known to throw an unexpected curve ball resulting in delays. We’ll let you know ASAP if that happens!

 

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. They are calculated for you during checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship inside the United States.

 

Do you offer expidited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping on select items. This does come at an extra cost. Select “Expedited”Expidited” or “Priority” shipping in the shipping options to view the cost of shipping for specific products.
